Important Information
Life happens — I get it! If you need to cancel your session, I kindly ask that you notify me at least one week in advance. This allows me to adjust my schedule and offer your spot to another client.

In the case of a no-show (with zero communication after or at all), the deposit you made at booking will be forfeited. However, please know that if it is emergency-related, I want you to let me know! I fully understand that unexpected things come up, and I’m always happy to work with you when possible.

I ask that all clients respect not only my time, but the time I reserve for each of you, and communicate openly and in a timely manner. It makes everything smoother for everyone!

Travel & Mileage
Lipham Photography is on-location only — whether we’re capturing memories in your backyard, out in the West Texas sunset, or your favorite indoor space.

I happily travel up to 5 hours from Midland, TX. However, any location outside of Midland or Odessa will include a mileage fee based on the standard Texas cent-per-mile rate. This will be clearly noted on your final invoice after your deposit is made.

Mileage is tracked both ways, and I promise to keep it fair and transparent. If you have a specific location in mind, feel free to ask for a travel quote ahead of time!
I pour a lot of heart and detail into every single image — from removing flyaways and distractions in the background to making sure you look your absolute best. Because of the care that goes into my editing process, turnaround times are as follows:

Senior & Lifestyle Sessions: 2 weeks
Weddings: 3–4 weeks​
If, for any reason, your gallery needs a little extra time (hello, Texas weather or busy wedding season), I’ll always keep you updated. Beautiful, polished images are worth the wait — and I can’t wait to deliver yours!
